If you are a consumer from the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods. If your order is delivered in several shipments, the period begins when you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

A withdrawal is valid as long as you send your withdrawal statement before the 14-day period has expired.
Online withdrawal function
If your order was concluded through our online shop and the law gives you a right of withdrawal, you can also exercise your withdrawal right through our online downloadable withdrawal
After you submit the withdrawal, we will send you an immediate confirmation of receipt by email or another durable medium.
Return of goods
You must send the goods back to us within 14 days from the day on which you informed us that you withdraw from the contract.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. Please package framed posters and prints carefully, using the original protective packaging whenever possible.
Refunds
If you withdraw from an eligible order, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs originally charged for the order. Extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us are not refundable.
We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged fees for the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Return shipping costs
Unless we provide a return label, agree otherwise, or the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
1. Goods made according to your individual specifications (Bespoke designs)
2. Goods that are clearly personalised (Personalised prints)
3. Custom goal posters, bespoke designs, personalised prints, or any product created specifically for your request.
4. Digital products or downloads once you have expressly agreed to immediate access before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.
Important: the exclusion for custom-made or personalised products does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Defective, damaged or incorrect products
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@goaloffame.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund or another suitable solution.
