When will my order be shipped?


After the order has been placed and confirmed, preparing your order takes approximately 2-3 working days.
We regularly ship with FedEx, DHL Express, Purolator, AustaliaPost and Royal Mail 1st Class. Shipping companies typically deliver within 3 to 5 business days.

How can I track my order?


As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification by email with the tracking number.

Some of my items have been damaged in transit, what do I do?


Please notify your delivery driver upon receipt.

We will need a description of the damages and pictures of the damaged items/packaging. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future. Replacements will be promptly arranged with our team.


I have received the incorrect products


That's no good and we'll work with you to rectify the issue. If you have received the incorrect product, we will have the right product sent to you promptly.

Can I cancel my order?


Yes, you can follow the process outlined below to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order.


After 24 hours, this option won't be available and cancellations are no longer possible as your order will already have been sent to our fulfilment center. You will have to wait until the item is delivered and then return it for a full refund.

Can I request a return or refund?


Sure, the deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods.
