If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.Β 

The following terms are applicable for any physical product that you purchased with us. Digital purchases do not admit cancellations or refunds due to the nature of the products being delivered instantly and electronically. Once the transaction is completed, the digital content will be available for your use.

Goal of Fame offers exchanges or refunds only if purchased items have arrived in a damaged condition, and if photographic evidence of the damage is sent to info@goaloffame.com no later than 5 days of receipt. Appeals sent later than 5 days of receiving the purchased items are not eligible for a refund.Β 

    Your Order Cancellation Rights

    The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can follow the process outlined below to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order.

    After 24 hours, this option won't be available and cancellations are no longer possible as your order will already have been sent to our fulfilment center. You will have to wait until the item is delivered and then return it for a full refund.

    In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

    We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

    Can I change the address on my order?

    You can usually change an address on an order within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot change an address.

    Conditions for Returns

    In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
    • The Goods are in the original packaging
    • Product isn't used or damaged.
    • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

    Defective or damaged products

    If you or your end customer receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the content you or your customer provided. We will cover the costs of the new replacement order.

    Wrong Delivery Address

    If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

    To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must arrive at our address unused and in the same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging.

    We offer return shipping coverage for orders within the EU Zone 1 and Zone 2 countries:

    For orders outside these zones, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that the return is made through a tracked service to avoid any issues with lost packages.

    We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
