Probably the most beautiful goal ever scored in a Champions League final occurred in 2002 in the final between Madrid and Leverkusen. Shortly before the break and with 1: 1, a crossing of Roberto Carlos that seemed harmless came to the area. It took Zidane half a second to accurately analyze the trajectory, prepared his body for the riskiest variant and hit the ball with his supposedly weaker left foot.
